The roofs traditional roofing often leaves behind.
For a rusty manufactured-home roof, owners are often told either that the company doesn't service that roof type or that replacement is the available option. That can leave a restorable roof without a practical restoration path.
Brian built Wellman to fill that gap. Manufactured-home and metal-roof restoration is the specialty, with residential and small-commercial projects evaluated individually — same disciplined system, same honest approach.
It's focused work designed to preserve a sound roof instead of replacing it prematurely. That's the whole idea.
